Dedicated Contract

This Dedicated contract allows our drivers to enjoy the many privileges that come with having consistent customers. Unlike some driver positions, this one gives you a better idea of the number of miles and hours each week holds, which means you’ll have a better idea of what to expect in every paycheck. And because you know your customers and their typical freight load, you’ll never be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments.

Use our specially designed coil/container haulers or flatbeds that are welcome!

Job Benefits

Company Driver: Earn at least $1000/week. Extended hours are available.
Owner Operators: Earn $2,500-$6000/week

  • Home Every Night
  • Weekends Off
  • Start in Greenville, Alabama, and pick up/drop in surrounding cities

Hard hats and vests must be worn when out of the truck on the property
Steel toe shoes required, the driver will need to purchase

  • We will provide you with a Fuel Card

LoadLord’s fleet includes local, dedicated, and regional truck driver jobs. Drivers can change their driving preferences as their careers progress, including opportunities in operations and leadership

Job Requirements

  • If you elect to use your personal flatbed you must have 2 to 3 years’ experience chaining/binding steel coils
  • Must have TWIC Card for this contract
  • Drivers must have 6 months tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Drivers must have a Class A CDL
  • No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
  • No convictions for DUI or DWI within the past 5 years
  • No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with a fatality)
  • No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
  • No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years

Essential Functions

  • Load freight -lift requirement: 80 lbs.
  • Unload freight – lift requirement: 80 lbs.
  • Move freight – force requirement: 54 lbs.
  • Lift and move side kits -lift requirements: 46 lbs.
  • Lift tarp – lift requirement: 110 lbs.
  • Apply and remove tarp(s) on load
  • Secure load with chains and hardware -lift requirements: 80 lbs.
  • Climb onto and off of the flatbed trailer/load
  • Count freight
  • Complete fuel tickets
  • Complete delivery receipt
  • Hook/Unhook trailer – force requirement: 90 lbs.
  • Perform pre-trip inspections
  • Drive
  • Extensive travel – ability to sit upright for extended periods of time.
  • Regular predictable attendance
